This is a few blocks north of Lake City Way, near the I-5 exit, at the southwest corner of 15th Ave NE and NE 86th St. It is a small brick clinic next to a large stand of fir trees, in front of the old Waldo Hospital (now the Campfire Girls Headquarters).
